Founders Neil Henk and Todd Fischer have set out to develop beautiful, architectural modern homes for the way, we live today.
We build for architects. Clients with architectural projects interested in high-end build may be considered.

TODD FISCHER
Founder | Senior Project Manager | Builder
Todd has three passions: his family, surfing, and building. He started in construction at the age of 16 for a summer job and never stopped building. Working his way through the trades he became an accomplished carpenter, expert framer, and a highly detail-oriented general contractor.
Todd relishes in the act of building high-end custom homes. He works closely with architects and designers using a fast-track design-build model. When he is not building, you will find him with his grandchildren or surfing the waves up the Pacifica coast.
Neil received his Masters of Architecture from SCI-Arc in Los Angeles, the Bartlett School of Architecture London, and the Parsons School of Design New York. He works on all aspects of building - from design to execution in the field. He enjoys making beautiful things that are functional.
When he is not working hard, Neil is playing hard with his wife, four kids, and his geology podcast.
